Who we are

This notice describes information handled through the Heart Openers LLC website and its introductory contact form. Questions can be sent to info@heartopeners.co.

What you share

The form asks for your name and email address, with an optional message. We also record the submission time, a request identifier, and delivery status to confirm receipt and avoid duplicate submissions. You may email us directly instead.

Please keep an initial inquiry general. Do not send medical records, identification documents, payment information, or other sensitive details through this form.

How an inquiry is handled

We use the details you provide to respond, answer questions, and discuss whether preparation and integration support may be a fit. The form sends your inquiry through Google Apps Script to a private Google Sheet. An email notification goes to Heart Openers with a link to the inquiry and your email address for replying. The notification does not include the text of your message.

Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on our public pages to understand website visits, page views, and loading performance. We do not install this analytics script on our aftercare pages. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to track visitors, and does not track people across websites. We do not send contact-form entries to the analytics service. The website does not include advertising pixels. The contact form keeps its retry identifier in memory rather than saving your message in browser storage.

Service providers and links

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Google provides the inquiry-processing, spreadsheet, and email services. These providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and service logs, to operate and protect their services under their own terms and privacy policies.

External links, including music and other resources, lead to services with their own privacy practices. This notice does not cover those services or any separately agreed professional services.

Access, retention, and requests

Inquiry records are kept in our private inquiry system to manage your request and related conversations. The current system does not automatically delete submissions. Please contact us to ask about a record, correct information, or request deletion. We will review your request, verify it as appropriate, and explain any records that need to be retained for legal or administrative reasons.

No online service or email system can guarantee complete security. Avoid sharing sensitive information in an initial message.
